Megalodon Property Management manages its own commercial, industrial, retail and residential units including Yakima’s renowned landmark, the Larson Building. The company began locally in 1989 and has been under the same continuous ownership.

Megalodon’s fully staffed office includes leasing agents, maintenance staff, and bilingual staff members to assist tenants Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (closed for lunch from noon-1pm).
Residential offices are CLOSED on Wednesdays.
